Cycling is Italy's national sport. From Azzano you can start great cycling trips, taking a gentle and winding road down to the valley 10km below.

Here you can choose: do you want to take the direction towards the sea into the wide plane of the Versilia or back up the mountains?

It is better to bring along your own bikes than to rent one locally (*).

You can enjoy all levels of cycling here, from a relaxed cycle path along the coast to a challenging route up and down the mountains.

The more daring and experienced cyclist can also find mountain bike routes of all levels.

(*) During the summer months it is often difficult to rent a bike due to the great demand.
