Holidays and Recreation

Next to our courses our region offers excellent opportunities for holiday recreation of all kinds. You and your partner, friends and family can have many adventures here in the Versilia.

Our courses place demands on your time and physical presence. But there are still many possibilities for recreation and time off:

During the siesta traditional in Italy (a long lunch break) or late in the afternoon you can take short trips, e.g. to bathe in the river nearby or to the seaside.

2-week courses also allow you to travel to destinations further away over the weekend. If you have higher demands - a few more days vacation, also without taking a course – you can remain in Azzano.

In the following we want to give you an impression of sportive and active holidays possible in the near vicinity:

Hiking, cycling, swimming (see also drop-down menu), tennis, golf (2 courses), horseback riding, trekking tours, sailing, wind-surfing (yacht club) and much more.

New: Language Courses

Italian courses are offered by the language school VIS (Versilia Italian School, in cooperation with Campo dell'Altissimo)

Guests booking a course with us and also their partners can individually partake in one-to-one or group lessons.
