Your booking and the transfer of the down payment should be received by the organizer no later than 4 weeks prior to the course's beginning.

A €25 service fee is due on cancellation before the start of the course (whether the booking was made in due time or not).

If a participant cancels later than 4 weeks prior to the start of the course the down payment will not be refunded.

The full course fee and the costs for the chosen accommodation remain payable, if participants do not attend the course.

We advise all participants to take out their own comprehensive travel insurance to include cover of payments in the case of accident or cancellation due to illness or unavoidable circumstances, which might prevent their attendance.

The course fee does not include accident insurance. Participation in courses, excursions and trips is at your own risk.

This also applies to the use of all tools and aids, all sanitary systems, buildings and installations each venue and in the living quarters.
